Our story

As a Black man, I’ve found it very difficult for me discover Black-owned fashion labels that aren’t part of the mainstream streetwear culture. There was never a resource available that promoted Black-owned brands and designers that I could reference when shopping for fashion, beauty, accessories, home goods, food, etc.

Black is universal and Ebony Voyage is a resource that allows you to tap into the Black community wherever you are. From the clothes you wear, to the products you use to protect your skin; this is your resource to utilize that makes it accessible to support Black owned businesses.

My hope is that you find the brands featured throughout the glossary as thought leaders and pushing the agenda for black creativity. Now go forth and purchase with intention and know that what you wear represents a community of dreamers.
