Epara approaches skincare through the needs of women of color. Its collection draws on African botanicals and a desire for products that feel as considered as the rest of a beauty routine. The name, meaning to cocoon oneself in Ebira, gives a sense of the brand’s focus on care and ritual.
About the founder
Founder and CEO Ozohu Adoh grew up in Nigeria and later earned an MBA at Oxford. Her own search for suitable luxury skincare became the starting point for Epara.
