Yolélé brings West African ingredients and food traditions to a wider audience. Fonio and other regional flavors become starting points for meals that connect a table to the cultures behind them. The company’s mission also looks toward farming communities, making the origin of its ingredients part of the larger story.
About the founders
Senegalese chef and co-founder Pierre Thiam connects food with stories of place and hospitality. Yolélé grew from his desire to share those traditions with more people.
